Refund policy

 

For ALL Returns/Exchanges: 

Please send an e-mail to liana@liana.nyc with the following:
- Name, Date, Order Number, Item(s) being Returned, Item(s) being Exchanged. 

Online returns must be within 14 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. 

Sale items may only be exchanged for store credit.(no refunds). Your credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card equal to your purchase subtotal before taxes/fees. Gift cards will be sent to the email address attached to the customer profile.

We will provide a return label by email. Please attach to package being returned.  

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase minus shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the requirements above.
